Inspection
As part of our quality control system, we conduct inspections at every stage, from raw materials through manufacturing to finished products.
Machine-Based Inspection
To minimize variations in product quality, ARS conducts machine-based inspections using a data management system. Inspection data is collected and analyzed against established quality standards. We also use testing equipment developed by ARS to support these inspections.
Final Inspection by Hand
To ensure consistent quality, ARS conducts manual inspections of every product to identify even minor defects. Final adjustments are made based on the feel of the cutting action and careful visual inspection. Before shipment, the cutting performance of each product is checked by hand.
